Jo Scott and Sara Cole first met as actors touring Europe and went on to become flatmates, best friends and even each other’s bridesmaids. They took their relationship to a further professional level when they partnered up to form Scott Cole Management in 2017. 

Their initial USP was to provide an industry platform to nurture and develop the young performers who they were already training. As the agency grew, it expanded to take on both graduates and experienced actors yet still providing personalised coaching in preparation for auditions and work.
